The Department of Municipalities and Transport, represented by Abu Dhabi City Municipality, organized the “Winter Festival” at the Formal Park on Abu Dhabi Corniche. The festival runs for 11 consecutive days, continuing until November 9.
The festival featured a wide range of entertainment and educational activities, including a dedicated children’s play area that offered fun and safe recreational experiences encouraging social interaction and physical activity in an attractive natural setting.
One of the festival’s main highlights was the Productive Families Market, which served as a vibrant platform to support family projects and enable participants to market their products. The festival also hosted workshops on agriculture, aimed at raising awareness of best agricultural practices and highlighting the importance of preserving natural landscaping elements to maintain the city’s aesthetic appeal.
In this context, Abu Dhabi City Municipality calls on all community members to preserve recreational facilities and public parks, and to adopt sustainable practices that ensure the continued enjoyment and benefit of these community spaces for all.
