Abu Dhabi City Municipality is eager to organize educational campaigns and workshops during the year, in order to raise awareness among community members concerning the importance of maintaining the general appearance, limiting factors that compromise its distortions, and improving the appearance of Abu Dhabi, which is known for its beauty, in addition to preserving public facilities such as gardens, parks and beaches.
Accordingly, Abu Dhabi City Municipality organized an event through Madinat Zayed Municipality Center, for school students in Rabdan Park titled “Happy Gardens, Healthy Earth”, in cooperation with Abu Dhabi Waste Management Company (Tadweer), Abu Dhabi Sewerage Services Company, and a number of schools. Furthermore, Abu Dhabi City Municipality teams, in collaboration with strategic partners, helped to raise awareness among school students who are participating in the event, as well as Rabdan Park visitors, on the importance of preserving the cleanliness of the garden, its facilities, play areas, green areas, plants and trees. Therefore, the garden will maintain its full civilized and aesthetic appearance, and its facilities will stay in full efficiency too. Moreover, this event will help the garden remain a typical modern place to have fun family times which entertains all family members.
Moreover, the event included many fun activities for children such as face painting, in addition to awareness-raising workshops, educational competitions, and giving gifts to the winners and participants.
