Continuing its efforts under the "Um Saeed" initiative to maintain the city's visual appeal, Abu Dhabi City Municipality, through the Municipal Community Center in Mohammed Bin Zayed City, organized a field campaign to uphold the city’s aesthetic and ensure a clean and healthy environment. The campaign aimed to raise community awareness about the importance of contributing to the preservation of the city’s beauty.
The campaign was carried out with the support of Mohammed Bin Zayed City residents, volunteers, and the Tadweer Waste Management Center. It focused on several locations that had hosted celebrations for the UAE's 53rd National Day. Efforts included cleaning these areas to protect the environment and maintain the city's aesthetic and cultural appeal.
Municipality teams also conducted outreach visits to residents of Mohammed Bin Zayed City to provide guidance on maintaining the city's cleanliness and beauty. They emphasized the importance of avoiding actions that might compromise the city’s appearance and highlighted key standards for maintaining public spaces.
Through its subsidiary centers and Municipal Community Centers, Abu Dhabi City Municipality regularly organizes initiatives and campaigns throughout the year to safeguard the environment and public spaces. These efforts aim to educate the community, encourage active participation in maintaining the city's aesthetic appeal, and instill these noble values across generations.
