Abu Dhabi City Municipality, in collaboration with the Strategic Planning and Performance Management Sector - Knowledge and Innovation Directorate, organized an interactive workshop hosted at the Municipality's main building, with a focus on nurturing creativity among its employees. The workshop explored the technologies associated with the fourth industrial revolution and the practical applications of "Chat GPT." It aimed to benefit all categories of Municipality employees, particularly those involved in service development, policymaking, and skill enhancement. The primary purpose of the workshop was to equip participants with enhanced skills in fourth industrial revolution technologies and empower them to effectively harness the rapid advancements in artificial intelligence.
Throughout the whole day, participants had a great experience while hands-on testing several fourth industrial revolution technologies and discussing the way in which it can be harnessed to reach new ideas for the design of forward services and policies. During the workshop, instructors defined the principles of utilizing “Chat GPT” and how it can be optimally used to advance the services which the Municipality provides to the public, and the day-to-day work and tasks assigned to the employees. The main aim of workshop was to enable employees of effectively fulfilling service-recipients’ expectations and enhance the quality of life for all community members.
In addition, the workshop included a collaborative brainstorming session involving all participants, where various points and ideas were shared and discussed. The objective was to generate innovative ideas on how to effectively harness the remarkable advancements in artificial intelligence, stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technological advancements, and optimize its utilization to enhance employee skills and capabilities. The aim was to deliver comprehensive and contemporary services that align with the latest advancements and meet the demands of service recipients, while simultaneously supporting the attainment of desired benefits for all stakeholders and ensuring the sustainability of positive outcomes and impacts on customers.
