Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi City Municipality is steadfastly progressing with the soil improvement project for the dwellings of its citizens within its domain in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi. Oversight of this initiative is managed by the City Planning Sector, particularly through the Building Permits Department and its Soil Engineering Department (Geotechnical Engineering). In collaboration with a municipal technical team in the Emirate and the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority, the municipality has adeptly conducted soil enhancement for 142 dwellings in zones impacted by natural soil anomalies, using established soil improvement methodologies.
The project aims to reduce soil improvement costs for homeowners. It also intends to lessen ground risks in homes by improving the soil in their outer yards, especially those affected by natural soil issues.
Abu Dhabi City Municipality is dedicated to handling all soil improvement needs. Expert contractors work on improving the soil in affected residences, supervised by specialists. Each improvement is based on soil tests and tailored to specific areas. This project reflects the municipality's commitment to serving the community and aims to meet citizens' expectations and needs.
