Through Musaffah Municipal Center, Abu Dhabi City Municipality (ADM) has established a running track and resting stops and carried out beautification planting works in Musaffah Industrial Area at a total cost of AED 1,343,966 to serve workers in the industrial area, provide modern facilities that achieve happiness for the community members, make exercising a lifestyle to workers and enhance the general civilized appearance of Abu Dhabi and all its cities.
The works included building an 835-meter long and 1.75-meter wide running track in both directions, building three resting stops on the side of the track, paving the track with asphalt covering an area of 2,920 square meters, laying concrete tiles for resting stops of 340 square meters and installing many motivational signs. The works also included beautification of the track area by planting 93 trees on the side of the track to improve the climate, especially in summer, and enhance the general civilized appearance of the city.
