Al Ain City Municipality has completed 81% of the first phase of the infrastructure development project in Al Amerah area. The total cost upon completion will reach AED 130 million, with phase one expected to finish by May 30, 2025.
Engineer Amina Al Nusaybi, Head of Project Implementation at Al Ain Municipality, emphasized the commitment to high-quality services for residents, aligned with Abu Dhabi's infrastructure guidelines.
Progress includes 90% completion in Hazaa Al Boush (West), serving 420 housing plots, and 70% in Al Waha Al Amerah, serving 490 plots. The work includes roads, parking spaces, road markings, signage, sidewalk repairs, stormwater drainage, and LED street lighting.
The comprehensive development covers 60 roads in Hazaa Al Boush – West with a cost of AED 74 million, enhancing the infrastructure, drainage systems, and community facilities.
