Al Ain City Municipality has inaugurated the Municipal Presence Center in Al Ain City as the first community center in the city directed to focus on serving residential neighborhoods and the center serves the areas of Al Amerah and Al Saad and its neighboring areas, and will also work to enhance the municipal role by providing and facilitating access to municipal services. Monitoring the needs of the community and permanent communication with the residents of the area and involving them in maintaining the aesthetic appearance of the city, as well as providing municipal services and making them closer and easier for the residents, in addition to holding various community events. In turn, the center reflects the strategy of serving the community and customers in the Department of Municipalities and Transport in accordance with the vision of the Abu Dhabi government to activate service mechanisms and facilitate the journey of customers in obtaining municipal services in one place, while investing in advanced technology to shorten procedures and complete the largest number of requests and transactions within the best practices and modern standards and at a speed that achieves the aspirations of customers in obtaining services in a way that enhances the municipal presence in residential areas and neighborhoods, community involvement and activating their role in the development and preservation of the emirate. on them.
The Municipal Presence Center serves more than 57,000 citizens and residents in the areas of Al-Amerah and Al-Saad on an area of more than 33,000 square kilometers, who live in 16 residential neighborhoods distributed within the administrative boundaries of the center, and these areas include 14 public and mini-parks and 6 various playgrounds on a total area of 135,000 square meters.
