Al Ain City Municipality has intensified its preparations for Eid Al-Fitr through a comprehensive operational plan that includes strengthening health inspections of non-food establishments, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents and visitors of Al Ain.
The municipality confirmed that inspection teams from the Health Activities Section will increase their routine visits to non-food establishments to ensure compliance with health, general, and specialized requirements, particularly men’s and women’s beauty centers, laundries, and the readiness of amusement facilities in shopping malls to welcome kids during Eid.
As part of preparations for increased market activity, the municipality has enhanced operational readiness at Al Ain Market for vegetables, fish, and meat. The Public Health Department will also reinforce cleaning staff and provide them with the necessary supplies and personal protective equipment to carry out continuous cleaning and washing operations within markets.
Supervisors have been assigned to monitor cleaning operations and oversee work teams, along with implementing intensive and comprehensive inspection campaigns to ensure the health and safety of shoppers.
