Al Ain City Municipality organized the “Sanad Al-Hadir” event from October 5 to 31, 2025, across a number of its community centers, as part of its commitment to activating the role of public facilities and enhancing communication among all segments of society. The event aims to highlight and honor senior citizens and long-time residents in recognition of their contributions to building the community. It also seeks to bring generations together through a variety of activities that foster the exchange of experiences and reinforce human and social values, in alignment with the initiatives of the “Year of Community 2025.”
The “Sanad Al-Hadir” activities are distributed across several locations, including Nahel Park, Al Amerah South Park, and Al Towayya Park, where visitors will enjoy interactive activities, workshops, and community engagement programs. These activities are designed to create a positive environment that encourages meaningful interaction, intergenerational communication, and the exchange of values and experiences.
Al Ain City Municipality affirmed that organizing this event reflects its strategy to enhance the quality of community life, in line with the directions of the “Year of Community 2025”, by promoting authenticity, loyalty, and community participation—core values that characterize Emirati society. The Municipality also emphasized its dedication to providing interactive platforms that strengthen social bonds among different generations, thereby reinforcing the deep-rooted values of unity and connection within the UAE community.
