Al Ain City Municipality completed more than 252,000 digital transactions through its smart platforms during 2025, according to electronic service statistics, demonstrating the efficiency of the municipality’s digital transformation system and its ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer needs.
Transactions varied between services, reports, inquiries, and feedback, with service requests ranking first at 15,252 requests, reflecting the efficiency of direct communication channels and the customer interaction system at Al Ain City Municipality.
The municipality confirmed that these results highlight the effectiveness of its electronic and digital services system and its pivotal role in supporting the Abu Dhabi Government’s vision for comprehensive digital transformation, ensuring service continuity, and increasing community satisfaction with service quality.
It also noted its continued efforts to develop digital platforms and expand smart services by adopting the latest technological solutions, in line with customer expectations and reinforcing Al Ain’s position in delivering integrated digital municipal services in accordance with best government standards.
