Al Ain Municipality has completed the decoration of over 165 kilometers of the city with approximately 4400 decorative elements, inspired by national expressions, reflecting the celebration of the occasion, forming a luminous tableau embodying the achievements of the union. The decorations include lights, flags, palm decorations, according to a plan to decorate the main streets of the city, such as urban and arterial roads and bridges, in celebration of the historical phase of the UAE.
The decorations were distributed over more than 31 locations in the city, including decorating Sheikh Khalifa Street with over 300 lighting units, while 500 palm trees were decorated along urban roads. In addition to installing over 1000 flags in various areas of the city, the decorations included the use of 2602 luminous models, including three-dimensional models to celebrate this national occasion, forming a magnificent and beautiful artistic tableau, reflecting the joy of the nation and the people of the UAE in Union Day and its achievements.:
On another note, Al Ain Municipality has completed its preparations for the celebrations on December 1st and 2nd at two sites, Green Mubazzarah Park and Jebel Hafeet, selected for their vast spaces and importance as significant natural landmarks. The celebrations will witness drone shows with large numbers and modern techniques, along with fireworks added this year, showcasing aesthetic forms. The celebrations will start at both locations daily at 8 p.m.
The municipality will organize celebrations this year with a focus on development, modernity, and innovation, to provide aesthetic and festive elements to the public, by employing dazzling lighting elements, drones, and fireworks in beautiful photos throughout the days of the celebration. The public will be amazed by an attractive light show using visual and sound technologies, presenting various stories from Al Ain city and the UAE, in addition to distinctive displays about Union Day. The show will continue from 7 p.m. until midnight.
