Al Ain City Municipality continues to implement its awareness campaign “Al Ain Deserves” under the slogan “Be part of the city and keep it clean”, as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance quality of life and promote the city’s civilized image.
The Municipality revealed the campaign’s impact, highlighting its success as one of the region’s most prominent community and awareness initiatives. Since its launch, the campaign has reached 348,839 beneficiaries, achieving an overall satisfaction rate of 98%. This reflects its effectiveness in raising awareness about the importance of cleanliness, preserving public facilities, and embedding positive behaviors within the community.
The campaign witnessed wide engagement, with 17 government and private entities contributing to its activities and objectives. The Municipality organized around 33 diverse initiatives, targeting all segments of society, alongside 1,729 awareness visits that strengthened the campaign’s messages and community interaction.
Among the standout initiatives of the campaign was the launch of the Community Ambassador program, which engaged multicultural communities in spreading cleanliness awareness. Other activities included awareness workshops for inspectors and the construction sector with representatives from more than 33 companies, ensuring compliance with public appearance standards.
The Municipality also introduced the “We Are All Municipality” initiative, enabling residents to report visual distortions across neighbourhoods, resulting in the treatment of 50 cases of visual pollution, further contributing to maintaining Al Ain’s aesthetic and environmental integrity.
