Al Ain City Municipality is organizing the “Family Gathering Forum” from Friday until 26 April at several municipal community presence centers across different areas of the city, as part of its continuous efforts to enhance quality of life and reinforce positive social values among community members.
The community event provides an interactive environment that brings families together in a friendly atmosphere that promotes family bonding and strengthens social connections among members of society through a variety of activities and programs suitable for all age groups.
Saeed Abdullah Al Jabri, Head of the Facilities Development and Community Events Section at Al Ain City Municipality, confirmed that organizing the “Family Gathering Forum” reflects the municipality’s commitment to strengthening family unity as one of the key pillars of building a cohesive and prosperous society. He said: “The event focuses on promoting the culture of spending quality time among family members and encouraging participation in purposeful community activities.”
The forum includes a range of entertainment and educational activities, in addition to workshops and interactive activities dedicated to children and families, contributing to skills development and reinforcing positive values such as cooperation, solidarity, and belonging. The event also provides a supportive platform for productive families, enabling them to showcase their products and strengthen their presence within the local community.
The activities will take place at the municipal community presence centers in Hili, Al Wagan, Zakher, Al Hayer, Mazeed, Al Maqam, Al Qua’a, and Al Towayya.
The municipality invited all community members to participate in the “Family Gathering Forum” and benefit from the carefully designed programs that meet the aspirations of families and contribute to creating unique experiences that enhance quality of life in Al Ain City.
