His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Ain Region, attended today the celebration organized by Al Ain City Municipality for the 54th UAE Union Day, which featured a national celebratory performance titled “Oasis of the Union” at Al Ain International Airport.
The event was attended by His Highness Sheikh Issa bin Zayed Al Nahyan; His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Advisor to the President of the UAE; Sheikh Dr. Saeed bin Mohammed Al Nahyan; His Excellency Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence; His Excellency Sheikh Zayed bin Hamdan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Chairman of the National Anti-Narcotics Council; His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Advisor at the Presidential Court; His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan; along with a number of sheikhs, officials, citizens, and residents of the Al Ain Region.
The “Oasis of the Union” show presented a national artistic performance reflecting the spirit of the Union and the values of wise leadership that placed people at the heart of development and progress. The performance highlighted key milestones in Al Ain’s history throughout the journey of the UAE’s union, including the early development of Al Ain with the arrival of the late founding father Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan (may his soul rest in peace), the era of empowerment under the late Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan (may Allah have mercy on him), and the current era under His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE (may Allah protect him), showcasing the comprehensive development witnessed across all sectors in Al Ain.
