Terms and Conditions for Using the Al Ain Municipality Theatre Booking Service via TAMM Platform
1. Rental Fees:
The applicable rental fee for booking the theatre applies to all entities without exception, including government, semi-government, private sector entities, and public benefit organizations.
2. Booking Periods:
The theatre is available for booking during two daily time slots, with the rental fee calculated separately for each period:
- Morning period: from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Evening period: from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM
3. Event Permit Requirement:
- To finalize the booking of any major public event at Al Ain Municipality Theatre, an official event permit must be obtained from the Department of Culture and Tourism through a licensed event management company.
- This permit is a mandatory requirement for such public events.
- For non-public (private or closed) events, the event permit is not required.
4. Booking Completion Deadline:
The client must complete all final booking procedures within ten (10) days from the date of the initial booking request. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation without prior notice.
5. Liability for Damages:
In the event of any damage to the theatre or its facilities during the booking period, the damages will be assessed by the concerned authority, and the corresponding cost will be deducted from the security deposit.
