Al Ain City Municipality provides a comprehensive system of public health services designed to enhance quality of life and promote the health and safety of all members of Al Ain community. This system includes strict monitoring of public swimming pools, drinking water tanks, and public water coolers (Al Sabeel), in addition to issuing digital permits through “TAMM” platform.
The system also covers proactive inspection and monitoring of non-food commercial activities, along with providing camel and livestock slaughtering services for customers across 11 slaughterhouses distributed throughout Al Ain City. The municipality also places great emphasis on animal welfare through seizure campaigns, veterinary care, and awareness initiatives, as well as inspection of pet shops, ornamental bird outlets, and the Al Ain livestock market.
Furthermore, the municipality manages all cemeteries (for Muslims and non-Muslims) in accordance with the highest religious and health standards, while offering streamlined digital services for burial and washing rites.
